Appearing for an interview with Fox News Channel’s Laura Ingraham on her show “The Ingraham Angle”, Trump Administration Border Czar Tom Homan explained how agents with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) are cracking down on the massive problem of largely Somali migrant-committed fraud in Minnesota’s Twin Cities.

As background, reports into the matter of fraud have revealed that Somali migrants in the state have not just been committing fraud in various taxpayer-funded programs, such as a program meant to help parents of autistic children, but have done so on a massive, multi-billion-dollar scale and may have even sent some of the proceeds to the Al Shabab terror group in Somalia.

So, ICE is cracking down to deal with the situation. Explaining the crackdown during his Tuesday, December 2, interview with Ingraham, Homan explained that the recently unveiled, massive criminal activity of immigrants in the area is what has led to the sweeping ICE crackdown that is trying to hammer the problem into oblivion.

Ingraham, introducing the subject, explained the problem of fraud and how taxpayer dollars were stolen to fund the worst sorts of things, saying, “[T]om, this is amazing, right? We have American taxpayers, including Minnesotans, being ripped off billions of dollars sent to Al- Shabaab and a terrorist organization in Somalia.”

Continuing, she noted the autistic children fraud scheme and how the mayor of Minneapolis has responded with fury toward Trump for trying to crack down on fraud rather than toward the Somali migrants for engaging in fraud. She said, “We had all these other fraud schemes, autistic children. And [Minneapolis Mayor] Jacob Frey is worried about protecting the immigrant communities. Your reaction tonight to this. This is madness.”

Responding, Border Czar Homan obliterated Mayor Frey for his ridiculous defense of the Somali community, snapping, “And to say those things, and to use his own words, we’re ‘terrorizing the community.’ You kidding me? I mean, we’re all there looking for illegal aliens and illegal alien criminals.”

Continuing, Mr. Homan vowed that the administration, particularly ICE, would be holding the fraudsters accountable and flooding the community with agents to do so, saying, “And look, we’ve done operations in 20 cities. But you know what? The uncovering of criminal activity that Secretary Noem just talked about just elevated their priority status. So, yes, you know, there’s going to be an increase of activity up there and we’re going to hold people accountable.”

Adding to that, he ripped into the sanctuary jurisdiction problem and vowed that the administration will not be deterred by their attacks, saying, “We’re going enforce the law without apology. So, again, I told every sanctuary city mayor, governor, you can stand aside and let us make your community safe and remove criminals.”

Concluding, Homan noted that the migrants are deportable and will be treated as such, saying, “And even legal aliens that commit crimes that make themselves, that they’re resident aliens that commit a certain offense, offending offense, even they’re deportable and they’ll be deported. We’re going to enforce the laws of this country without apology, including in the Twin Cities.”
